OUR RANGE OF CABINETS

All our cabinets can be designed to match your office colour scheme.

Made in either timber or steel.

Ease of use: Our 2-drawer filing cabinet can be placed next to your desk. It extends

your working surface to place a fax machine or second computer. It holds 3 linear

meters of office files, so you never need to leave your desk to fetch files.

OUR FILING SYSTEM

· Our filing folders range in size from holding a few pages to holding 750 pages each.

· Our expandable folders with side flaps keep pages neat and tidy.

· Our A4 folders fit into 3 rows inside the cabinet drawers - foolscap folders waste valuable space.

· We accommodate your existing A4 manila folders.

· Our fitted filing boxes support the folders in the cabinet drawers, at no extra cost.

· We do not use hanging folders as they waste approx 120mm of space in the width, per drawer

Lightweight files = 50 pages, Medium light files = 80 pages, Medium files = 200 Pages,

Medium heavy = 250 pages, Large expander file = 750 pages Filing Card = 700 pages +

You can also use your existing files ...... just pop them into the cabinet,

The Document Warehouse has specially designed a simple filing folder to suit your every need.

We call it the DocuFile.

The DocuFile is a lightweight, reinforced folder that folds conveniently into place with protective flaps. It ensures your documents are secure and protected.

The DocuFile can hold from 50 pages up to 500 sheets of paper per standard folder. The flaps ensure no documents accidentally fall out, are lost or damaged in the process of retrieval, use and refiling. Your documents will remain flat within the DocuFile whether the file is filed away or on a desk.

The DocuFile has the amazing ability to integrate your files without disrupting your current filing system, whether you file alphabetically, numerically, by employee or by week. The files are completely flexible to your systems.
